Shkodra: 229.429,00 Euros

Ulqin: 195.014,00 Euros

General Objectives: To promote cross-border cooperation aiming at increasing the value of the common cultural assets (in particular, the patrimony of the Marubi photographers) and environmental potentials (natural beauty) of the area Skhodra-Ulcinj. The enhancement of these tourist potentials aims to promote the economic development of both sides of the border.

Specific objective: Design and experiment a cross-border governance model to promote cultural and environmental tourist flows.

Main Activities:

  1. STRATEGIC CENSUS OF MARUBI’S PATRIMONY (preliminary phase)
    1.1 Constitution of a Team of 6 Experts;

    • Kick-off meeting;
    • Mapping of Marubi’s patrimony
    • Activation of Bilateral Steering Committee
